The Church. What are we about?

As we sometimes wonder about our identity and purpose this series will help us learn, and be encouraged.

We begin from 18th September, starting with the big picture and  “Worship”.

Book the date:  Saturday 19th November for our Parishes' Away Day to bring all these many ideas and possibilities together.
Be part of it, please, with God.

Great Big Green Day on Saturday October 1st

in the Rectory Gardens and Village Hall, 10am-2pm GreatBigGreenWeek

This really is gathering momentum….

Bring your apples for pressing, apple juice and music on tap.
Learn from experts, share your expertise on climate and biodiversity care.

We can each make a huge difference. God will help us. Ben would love some volunteers to help run some of the stalls and be on hand. Speak to Mary, John, Ann, Tom, Jenny or Ben.

Tea, coffee and cake are going to be served in the Village Hall, and contributions of cakes will be needed to make this possible.  If you will be able to make a cake, could you kindly sign up on the list at the back of the church, or ring Mary.  Thank you very much indeed.
